Changes to diet and nutrition

So much is going on right now.  The human body is changing over to a crystalline DNA structure, which is causing a lot of knock-on effects to diet and nutrition. 

Many foods which once could be tolerated are not anymore.  Many foods are considered toxic to the body because they are full of toxic energy from poor soil conditions the plant was grown in, to low vibrations going on in the people who handled the food, from farmer to store.

Food picks up the vibrations of everything around it - the people how handle it, the trucks it is transported in and the incredibly dense and toxic energy from the petrollium which goes into the environment. 

The human body needs to detox the food before it can extract the nutrients it needs.  On top of that, if you are not giving your body the food it requires during this process, you are creating a double-whammy effect which will be bad news.

Raw food isn't the answer either.  Neither is organic.  These can still have obsorbed the energies around them.  Just because a person grows organic produce, it doesn't mean they aren't full of anger on a personal level.

Part of the sensitivities happening in the body now, you will be able to feel the stress and death hormones of animals that have been processed for food - and your body will react to them as if they are your own. 

For me personally, when I have anything with sugar - even fruit, I become incredibly itchy all over (my sugar allergy reaction) and I tend to become very unbalanced emotionally.  I can end up super paranoid.  When I have dairy or meat, I become angry and sad.  It was not always this way, it has only become this way through the changes.

When you start to notice these changes happening in you, just go with them.  You are being looked after by higher intelligences who are directing your body as these changes take place.  Put your trust in what your body tells you.
