Did you feel it? Did you feel the energy coming through last night?
Or perhaps you didn't feel the energy, but had strange dreams?
My partner woke up practically every hour. I slept peacefully but had a really strange dream. Perhaps the difference in sleeping pattern is because I have been through the first stages of Ascension already, while he is only beginning.
The dream was indeed strange. My partner and I went out driving at night. We didn't know where we were going but ended up at a chocolate factory which had been set up inside a dilapidated house. The kitchen was a professional kitchen, behind the workshop/service area.
We found ourselves inside this service area, which was the public area. Lots of people walking around, checking out the people behind the counter finishing up the chocolates ready for sale. Somehow my partner and I ended up walking through the kitchen and then he went through a swinging door. When I got to it, I realised this took you to the other side of the counter. My partner walked along the inside of the counter, then out the other end and out of the place while I was bailed up by a woman who worked there.
Suddenly, I was on the other side of the counter trying to explain I was trying to catch up with my partner. This woman was arrogant and obstinate. She would not listen. Soon others had joined in having a go at her, because she had been like that with them. There was an energy of intense rage going on, building up in the room so I walked off. I found a staircase in a hall, which was stained or painted a very dark and gloomy brown colour.
I sat down to catch my breath and calm down. I could hear this sort of breathing noise and looked up. Just sticking out of a window frame with no glass was the end of an aircon duct. I realised this place wasn't finished. It was as though it was a movie set with only the public areas finished properly.
I left and walked down the street. Two young women were approaching and one had a go at me for the way I walked (I walked perfectly fine). When I just stood there watching her, she began to get aggressive. Her friend didn't understand why and I soon walked on my way. It seemed to take ages to get to the car and I waved to let my partner know I was there. He seemed really panicky, like he was worried about where I was. I got in the care and we drove away.
I had the feeling we were both on a mission to explore and observe and the car represented our space craft. It was only a couple of days ago I realised my partner is a Starseed as well, from the same place as me. He is here to protect and support me while I do what I came to do. I am here to work with others, but to also assist him go through his Ascension process at the same time. This dream very much confirmed for me what was happening.
It also showed me the observation part will soon be over and the getting on with business part will begin.

Synchronicities increase
One of the more pleasant experiences that you become more aware of as you go through this process of change, is sychonous events happening.
We were out driving and I had this song go through my mind which I had to sing out loud. It would not leave me alone. A short while later, while my partner when to check his PO box, I was singing it again and I got the message to turn the radio on. I almost never do this, so it definitely was not a thought coming from me. I turned the radio on and after checking a couple of stations, there it was, half way through playing.
As you tune into your intuition and trust it more and more, you will find these happening more rapidly and they will always be beneficial - even if just fun ones like the one I just described, as a sign you are on the right track.
You are also going to find not so great things or frustrating things happening synchronistically more and more - however these never come from intuition or guided messages. If you track back, you will find there was a moment of ego interjecting itself. Often the fleeting thought of "This is so cool, I'm gonna see if I can make it happen". This is always the give away that the old 3D ego is trying to stick its nose in.
At the start there will be a mix of both types. It can be seriously frustrating, but it's an important process to go through, because it is teaching you what your intuitive messages feel like when you receive them. Making mistakes is a crucial part of the learning process. We don't chastise a child when they make mistakes trying to learn a new skill - and that's what we are essentially, a child in our new awareness, trying to figure out how all this works now.
The more you relax with this process and the more you just allow the mistakes and let them go, the quicker will be your advancement. If you get frustrated with yourself or disparage yourself because you got it wrong, you will put pressure on yourself to get it right next time, which only blocks the process. If you get frustrated, you are essentially holding onto a belief in being right or wrong, success or failure - and there is none of that with this process. It is just that - a process.
So when you get it wrong, tune in to see how that feels so you can compare it to your intuited messages. Track back to see what might have caused it, usually a thought from ego - and then let it go.

Water is key
In the clip below, Bashar delivers a message by another ET race that water is crucial if we wish to receive contact.
There is a reference to allowing higher frequency crystalline structures come into contact with water. The easiest way I know to do this is with crystals. Allowing the crystal to infuse the water with its energy for a minimum of 20 minutes before drinking.
There are two ways to do this. Some crystals such as clear quartz, rose quarts, amethyst, citrine, etc can be placed direcetly in the water. Others cannot.
If you are not sure, the safest way to do this is to have two glass containers, a small glass and a larger one are idea. Put the crystal in the small glass and then put that glass into the larger glass. Fill the larger glass with water - it won't come into contact with the crystal. Make sure they are both clear glasses.
The glass allows for the energy from the crystal to easily pass through into the water. I like to leave mine like this for a minimum of 1 hour, but over night if I can.

Light: the missing nutrient
With all the changes underway, we can be forgiven for not realising how essential light is now.
It used to be that getting fresh air and sunlight was calming and uplifting, but you could survive without it for a long time. Not anymore.
As our bodies become more lightbody, light is becoming essential. We need to be out in the sun (no, the sun doesn't have to be actually shining, just being day time is enough) and we need to have exposed eyes and skin. The best time of day is around noon and you only have to be exposed for about 20 minutes.
We take light in through our eyes, skin and by breathing, so it's important to not have anything that could block absorption. Skin screen and sunglasses are a no-no for this time. You don't have to look directly at the sun either! Simply look up as high as you can comfortably and allow light to hit your open eyes.
The biggest symptom of a light deficiency is excessive hunger and weight gain. Your body is craving light but the only way your mind knows how to interpret that signal is that you want food. And it usually means sugary foods.
Sugar is the highest energy packed food we have on the planet. Light is higher still and is what your body really wants, but if you don't know that, you will simply go for the sugar. And with sugar comes a whole host of issues. Weight gain. Mood swings. ADD-like behaviour. That last one is also a sign the person is highly sensitive to sugar - almost like an allergy - and should not have it at all.
How to get more light

Most older children and all children under 12, including new babies, do not need to be exposed to direct sunlight. They have been born with new bodies that can easily access the light nutrient. For them, just being outside is enough. Place them under tree canopies or a shade umbrella or awning.

- Eat lunch outside. A park is ideal, but not necessary, just be in open air
- Park your car away from where you are going, so you need to walk
- Sit by a large window, open is best, but if not, at least make sure it's clean
- Include a daily walk in your schedule
- Do meditation or yoga outside

Nutritional changes
Ascension creates a lot of interesting changes in the human body. It's a process that must be gone though in order to get us to 5D. One of the changes I've noticed is how my body reacts to food now.
It used to be that I had to have meat of some kind. This physical body required animal flesh. I have no idea why, but it did. The first time I became aware of meat as the remains of living animals was when I was 8. I asked what the meat was on my plate and was told it was rabbit. I refused to eat it because I liked rabbits.
Later on, I became aware of animal suffering and attempted vegetarianism. It didn't work too well for me and I went back to meat. A few years after that, I read some articles about the environments of animals and how they are treated and I managed to be a vegetarian for 12 months, but the flesh lured me back.
A couple more attempts saw me moving toward being vegan. Now I had a problem.
Being vegan was what my soul wanted. It was what felt completely right and natural. When I ate vegan meals, I felt my entire body lift, as though I was becoming lighter, energetically. However, the body still required flesh, so it would be a month at most and I would have serious intestinal problems, which required flesh to correct.
And so it went until now.
Approximately, 1 month ago, I found I could not longer eat animal products. Not just meat but eggs and all dairy was a problem. I found I reacted badly to these foods, as though my body was sensitive to the death and suffering hormones released in these foods. I would be overcome with intense anger and sadness and it wasn't pleasant.
On the other hand, just eating vegetables was fine. I went through an intense period of being tired and needing to sleep a lot. This was all part of the bodily changes taking place. For the next 3 weeks I lived exclusively on vegetables, with a bit of oil. No fruit, no seed, definitely no animal products!. The occasional bit of peanut butter to add some flavour. That was it.
I was also incredibly hungry toward the end. I wasn't getting enough energy from just veg and there's really only so many times you can have the same combinations and not want to throw it at the wall.
So I gave in and tried some chicken. Big mistake. My body had been going through some other changes I hadn't been aware of. The entire gut flora had been dying off and replaced with vegetable loving bacteria. I could now no longer easily digest flesh. In fact, I didn't digest it. I was hungry after and I had 2 portions! Still hungry. And it created other intestinal upsets.
So that was pretty much it. I knew I had to expand beyond vegies only, so I bought some tofu. This and my daily chocolate milk (cocoa in almond or soy milk, no sugar) was a life saver.
And the other day, the true test. I decided to try some legumes. My system had never coped with legumes. They caused bloating, pain and constipation in the past - and the worst gas! So I began with a small amount and wouldn't you know it, no problem!
So my body turned from needing flesh to survive, to vegan in a matter of one month, through its own innate intelligence and with the guidance of non-physical beings.
Other changes have included:
